| Hall Rental |
A $250.00 deposit is required at time of signing this agreement and is refundable if
there is no damage or missing items. Hall rental payment of $500 plus $100 for
security is due three (3) weeks prior to the date of the event. Two (2) security
guards will be provided by the Post for four (4) hours.
Payment must be by a non-postdated check which will be deposited to the
appropriate Post account. Refunds, after inspection by a representative of the
Post, shall be made after all payment checks have cleared. Rental fee for less than
a four (4) hour period with no alcoholic beverages being served shall be $100.00,
which includes a $50.00 refundable deposit, provided there is no damage or
missing items.
